Europa-FM Spain was in a state of disarray and ranked 17th in the national Spanish ratings with fewer than 200,000 daily listeners. The station lacked a clear position in the market and its programming strategy was unfocused and lackluster. Europa-FM’s ultimate goal was to rebuild the brand and attain 1,000,000 daily listeners.


P1 Media Group began as Europa-FM’s research and consulting partner in early 2005. They created a strategic plan and through on-going implementation and execution support, drove the station to 3rd in the Spanish market, increasing daily listenership to over 2 million.

2018: Europa FM continues to consistently deliver 2 million daily listeners while delivering record revenues.
