RIX FM was the 2nd ranked Station in Sweden. The station was struggling with its positioning between a CHR and AC station. Music scheduling was inconsistent. The Morning Show had poor chemistry and lacked discipline. The whole Station and the Morning Show needed a Strategic Plan and superior execution.
P1 Media Group began as RIX FM’s partner in 2015 conducting Strategic Studies, Focus Groups, Library Music Tests, New Music Testing and “ACE” Audience Content Evaluation to optimize Morning and Afternoon Show Content. P1’s innovative Crowd Source Music Test® and weekly Online Callout were regularly conducted followed by monitors to ensure implementation. RIX FM steadily improved its position from 2nd-1st with adults in Sweden and surpassed its goal of 1,300,000 daily listeners.
