In 2013, CFOX Vancouver was ranked 9th adults 25-54. The station had ping-ponged between several iterations of “Rock” including Active Rock and Modern Rock. The station was playing a lot of currents most of which were exclusive to the station. The station was very “hard” sounding and too unfamiliar.
P1 Media Group began as CFOX’s partner in 2013 conducting Strategic Studies, Music Tests and Focus Groups. P1’s innovative Crowd Source Music Test® and weekly Online Callout were conducted followed by monitors to ensure implementation. CFOX steadily improved its position from 9th to 1st with adults 25-54.
